Sports Training

Our goal is to increase an athlete's work capacity; make them quicker, stronger, faster, more explosive; while keeping them injury free.

Our age-specific programs and sports-specific will guide your athlete towards results faster than other programs, without the use of machines or isolation movements typically used in globo-gyms. Instead, we will move large loads long distances in a short amount of time. Our tools of choice are kettlebells, plyo-boxes, pull-ups bars, barbells, dumbbells, gymnastic rings, power bands (really thick rubber bands), medicine balls, sand bags and a variety of other objects. Our athletes clean, snatch, pull, deadlift, press, jerk, flip, swing, jump and squat with these objects.


Our athletes see a direct transfer from the training room to the playing field.
