NEW SESSION BEGINS EVERY WEEK
Whether you aren't sure if CrossFit is for you or you are ready to knock out "Fran" CrossFit 101 is the way to get started. During 3 semi-private sessions (limited to 3 people), CrossFit 101 will introduce people to CrossFit Fundamental movements and concepts in a step-by-step process to ensure each athlete is prepared for the regular classes. This is the safest and surest way that we can help people new to CrossFit get started. If you are interested in learning more about CrossFit come by and take advantage of this great resource!
How does it work?
Each session our instructors will take you through the movements we use on a daily basis at CF Lewisville. The small group environment (class limited to 3 people) allows the instructor to focus in on teaching form and proper mechanics to each attendee so they can feel safe and comfortable while performing the exercises. Each student will progressively add to the intensity of their workouts so they are able to safely participate at full capacity once they complete the program.

How big are the classes?
Each session is limited to 3 students.
Do I have to attend CFDC 101 before I start regular classes?
Yes. For your safety and the safety of other athletes, we require every new member to attend CFDC 101.
How much does it cost?
CrossFit 101 cost $165 single sign-up, $140 per person if you bring a friend, $125 per person if you bring 2 friends. ($25 discount for teachers, first response, college students)
Can I attend a regular CrossFit Class?
Once you have completed CrossFit 101 you will be able to attend our CrossFit classes.
What if I miss an appointment class?
If you miss a scheduled CrossFit 101 appointment without notifying your instructor 24 hrs prior, you are charged the appointment and responsible for making that appointment up at the rate of $60.
