Hey. I decided to come back from vacation. Got my first ever clean pistol today! Stayed light on BS to maintain form. Felt good at 185#. Met-con: 9:04 w/ 50#kb Planks, t2b, and some jumps from the knees to cash out. Cleaned 35# from the knees. Good to be back.

Yeah... mike talked me into doing the hero wod with him, and by the time I got to round 3 I was not very happy! It was good for me to push through though! Both my hands ripped on this one!
Happy birthday Adam! Didn't make it to class today- did a little at home: pistols - definately easier w/ the right leg, back squats 125# 6x2, pull up practice, dbl under practice ,some toes to bar, some kipping practice (which didn't go so well...)

Met-con Medium tire 26# KB PU's - a few extra, but no tape.
So the good news is I didn't use tape, but I did 20 each round instead of 10. Except for the last round - I got stopped at 18. My bad! One of these days I'll learn that not counting reps right is only causing me to work harder than I have to. Oh well, you know what I said when I missed the turn on the runs and went to the end of the street...'I needed the exercise'.
One of these days I'll learn how to count I promise! Time was 12:something, but who's counting? : )

Pistols are tough...
Squats was with 225. I should have gone a little higher on my last couple of sets to push myself.
Metcon, 9:39 with 60# KB. My pullups are getting faster, but I lack speed doing box jumps.
DL 285# tried to get a little more depth than usual today.

- 25 Pull-ups

Hands are sore after this one. Box Jumps were easy, everything else not so much. Pull-ups were a struggle throughout. Great work-out though.
