8:00 AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
8 Step-ups/box jumps
5 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
5 Squats
40 yard shuttle run

Missed Thursday and Friday this week dealing with car stuff, so I got up this morning and did a little wod at my house.

One power walk around the block with the Scoobs. Then 3 rounds of a light jog around the block, followed by 25 burpees, and 25 DU's.

Then 1 round of serious garage clean out. Gonna get on the Harley this afternoon and ride off into the sunset!
