Dave never yelled at me about depth so I guess it was OK. Felt like it was there. Any problem with misses in wall ball seem to come from the ball going straight up and not hitting the wall.

7:36 (15# to 8ft). PR by almost a min.

Also did clean & jerk 5x2 at 135#. Need to warm my shoulder up a bit more- it's still buggin me quite a bit.

Did another games work-out today -
Complete AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
- 315 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
- 20 meter Sprint
- 14 One legged squats
- 21 Double-unders
- 20 meter Sprint

3 complete rounds plus 6 deadlifts. That totals out to 148 points and puts me in 41st spot. The DL was really heavy for me. I had no troubles with the pistols or the DU's.

Did "Karen" at Lifetime today.

7:36 using the 20# ball with way too many breaks. I basically did 30-20-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10 which took way too much time.

Followed it up with 15 minutes on the bike. After I got home I did 30 tire flips with a tractor tire that I got for free last week along with some sledge hammer slams.
