Just wanted to remind everyone of our Saturday workout tomorrow at 10:00 am.
To attend you need to bring a friend who is interested in joining our community. During this class we will explain the CrossFit philosophy and give them a good workout, so they can experience it first hand.

Thanks for putting the 20 minute cap and lowering the pull-ups to 15 per round.
I completed 2 rounds + 30 push-ups and used the 55# KB. Wall Ball's were slow as I kept dropping the ball after it got slick with sweat. At the end of the second round I messed up and went from pull-ups straight to box jumps, and after getting 5 jumps in Stephen corrected me.
