Stephen, good job on the heavy thrusters. We were discussing the "joy" of thrusters this morning. Dave promised to give us some next week :)

I was weary of this wod due to my excellent soreness from Tuesday, so I went with 15# mb. 8 minutes and some change. Need to confirm with Dave.

I started with the 10lb ball and quickly switched to the *8*lb ball. Not sure of my time.. around 9:30- I think.

I had to come in to the office today :( . Can I just say.. Heels and stairs today are a total torture! Love it! :) good times.

Karen is truly my nemesis. She beat me again but I did make some ground on her this time.

Bettered my crappy time of 13:50 from this summer. Still need work on wall ball.

Online Coaching: Thrusters 1st set@65#, all other sets (5sets of 3 total) @75#.

4rounds of max ring rows, max sit ups, max burpees, hold hollow rocks. All done for 45sec each, rest 15sec b/t.
ring rows:18, 17, 17, 15
sit ups:24, 23, 21, 23
burpees:9, 9, 9, 10
hollow rocks: 1st one lost my hold but got it back. 2nd o.k. Last 2 did planks since I couldn't hold hollow rocks :(

4rounds of DH pull ups, max sit ups, max burpees, plank on elbows and toes. All done for 45sec each, rest 15sec b/t.
pull ups: 17 13 10 10
sit ups: 25 23 23 21
burpees: 15 12 13 12

planks 1&2 solid 3&4 had to drop once for a few seconds.

Well...I'm with mike. I hate this one! But I did have a 45 second improvement. 8:28 and my time from the summer was 9:14 I believe. I got 30 straight at the beginning then did sets of 15 after that.
Then becca and I did mile repeats to get rdy for the mud run. The wind was brutal and slowed us down a lot. But our times were: 7:29, 8:02, 8:03. We rested until recovery in between. We probably could have done the first closer to 7 without the wind and kept the last 2 lower but our goal is about an 8 min pace so we were trying to pace that. It was fun! Thanks becca!!

Missed all classes today due to school, but got in a 5 mile tempo/hill run.

Felt awesome! Starting to feel ready for the races I got scheduled in the next couple months.
I'll have to take on Karen sometime soon...I want a time on this one :)
